Please pull in, park, and enter from the outside stairs to the second floor. Look for the yellow building.

Cancellations must be made 24 hrs before the start of the class and/or appointment.

If you fail to cancel the class and/or appointment one full day prior to the scheduled time it will be marked as a late cancel and your account will be deducted a session and/or fee. Be aware of your time management and make sure to cancel ahead of time without penalty!

The first time you late cancel or are absent for class/appointment you will be warned. This warning should be taken seriously because every time after a client cancels within 24 hours of the start time of a class or appointment that client will be charged $10 late cancellation fee. After your initial warning whenever you are absent to class/appointment you will be charged a $15 no show fee. Be aware!

PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS.

After 5PM the parking lot gate must be locked at all times for security measures. The gate will be open for 15 minutes before your class or session. 2-3 minutes before your class and/or appointment the parking lot gate will be locked again until the end of your class and/or appointment. You will not be able to enter the premise until the next scheduled entering & exiting time.

IF YOU ARRIVE 1 MIN BEFORE THE CLASS OR SESSION YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A "NO SHOW" FOR THE CLASS OR SESSION.

• From 6AM-5PM the parking lot gate will be open.

• After 5PM it will be closed and locked (outside of the scheduled 15 minutes of entering/exiting times).

Sabbath Circle apologizes for this inconvenience but we feel your safety is of the upmost importance. Please follow our rules so everyone can be comfortable and secure while under our roof. For your pleasure we have a nice lounge area we call The Apothecary where you can wait. Remember to use library inside voices while classes and other appointments are in session!

Our WIFI is Sabbathland. Ask for the password. We appreciate your presence and energy. Thank you for abiding by our guidelines so we can begin and end class/sessions in a timely and protected manner!

If an instructor cannot teach that week there will be a sub. There are no refunds.
