BEGINNER - INTRODUCTION, virgin pole

[IN STUDIO] First timer? Little to no experience required. Lemme hype you up! You won’t feel as cozy anywhere else. Discover your hidden talents and pop that cherry. Every person has a gift that only they can bring to the table. Let’s focus on those first and then unlock new tricks. A strong foundation of basic pole classes will help take you to the next level. (If you’ve taken a long break from pole start here again!)

[IN STUDIO] Climb or invert preparation. Condition your mind, body, and soul. Unite your core and lift the spirit. Circuit training and meditative strength building. Practice repetitions to build up stamina and endurance. This will help you get to the next level. Adjustments will made to your level. Knee pads mandatory

dANCE / ALL LEVELS, ritual floorwork

[IN STUDIO] Rooted on the ground. No pole needed. All levels welcome. Work on leg play, shoulder stands, low flows off the pole. Vibe on the floor and build your core. Literally rolling around to music creating shapes and feelings. Knee pads mandatory, heels recommended.

[IN STUDIO] Active and passive flexibility conditioning. All levels welcome. After a long week this is your time to get deep and stretch. Breathe engaging your body and soul. Working on your splits? pre-intermediate - lvl 1, HOLY POLE

[IN STUDIO] Lvl 1 choreography on static or spin pole. Aerial and/or basework combos. Hold and transition through shapes. Remaining upright when aerial. Pole climbs and floor shoulder rolls required.
Knee pads mandatory, heels recommended.

WED 7:15PM, SAT 12:30PM, MON 4:45PM (60 MIN)

pre-intermediate - lvl 1, CHarmed flow pole

[IN STUDIO] Lvl 1 slower, longer flows and exploration exercises. Study transitions and maintaining the vibe. Work through stuck moments and get out of your head. Move with intention moment to moment. Pole climbs and pole sits required.
Knee pads mandatory, heels mandatory.

SUN 5PM, MON 7:15PM, TUES 9:45AM, FRI 4:45PM (60 MIN)

pre-intermediate - lvl 1, AURA SPIN pole

[IN STUDIO] Lvl 1 introduction to shapes and combos barefoot. No shoes, socks optional. Get yours floats on. Begin your love of spin pole with fundamentals and low aerial flows. Pole climbs and chair spin required.
Knee pads optional, heels optional.

LEVEL 2

INTERMEDIATE - lvl 1/2, TOMb basework pole

[IN STUDIO] Lvl 1/2 low flow choreography, combos, and freestyle exercises on static pole. Build endurance to finish whole routines. Floor and basework movement. Forearm stand and shoulder rolls required.
Knee pads mandatory, heels recommended.

SUN 11:45AM, TUES 8:45PM, THUR 5:45PM (60 MIN)

INTERMEDIATE - lvl 1/2, TEMPLE THRONE CHAIR

[IN STUDIO] Lvl 1/2 chair dance. Pole and floor movement incorporated with sensual chair choreography. Vibe with the music to flow with someone in mind sitting before you. Shoulder stand and shoulder rolls required.
Knee pads mandatory, heels recommended.

intermediate - lvl 2, SIGIL SPIN POLE

[IN STUDIO] Lvl 2 Open up to more pathways of aerial shapes and sequences on spin pole. Work on strengthening your wingspan. Use more climbs and start to invert in this class. Time to jump out the bird's nest. Pole sit, figurehead, and jasmine required.

SUN 2:15PM, TUES 5PM, WED 6PM, FRI 12:45PM, SAT 1:45PM (60 MIN)

Intermediate - lvl 2, SHADOWS POLE

[IN STUDIO] Lvl 2 choreography on static or spin pole. Cross over. Condition your form to maintain endurance to experience even longer sequences of intentional movement. Learn new transitions to add to your collection. Standing inversion required.
Knee pads mandatory, heels recommended.

THUR 10:15AM (60 MIN)

LEVEL 3

ADVANCED - lvl 2/3, FLORA STATIC

[IN STUDIO] Lvl 2/3. Shapes, tricks, and movement on static pole. From a small seed life thrives. Branch out into beautiful forms from a non spinning apparatus. Study moving your body around the pole, feel and use the momentum.
Knee pads optional, heels optional. Shoulder mount and clean invert required.

ADVANCED / lvl 2/3, ANKH basework pole

[IN STUDIO] Lvl 3 low flow choreography on static pole. Standing invert and shoulder stands required.

ADVANCED - lvl 3, elements spin pole

[IN STUDIO] Lvl 3 combos, shapes, and tricks. Perfect your flight on spin pole. Secrets behind advanced aerial transitions and breath taking moves will be unlocked. Expand your fundamentals and technique to the next level. Aerial inversion required.

[IN STUDIO] Silks and lyra/hoop. Little to no experience required. Build a foundation of aerial arts classes that will help take you to the next level. Get comfortable on the lyra/hoop and train heavy on the silks.
No jewelry, long sleeves and long pants recommended. Socks are mandatory.
