PARKING?

Our entrance and parking lot address is
1699 Cordova St. Los Angeles, CA 90007.
Please pull in, park, and enter from the outside staircase to the second floor. Look for the yellow building.

Our only entrance is through the backside parking lot staircase. Do not try to park and enter from Washington Blvd. Pull in and enter through Cordova St.

is there a waiting room?

Of course! Wait in our cozy lounge area The Apothecary. We encourage you to plan ahead and arrive at Sabbath Circle 15 minutes before your class or rental session start. Also feel free to stay for an extra hour or two in The Apothecary to unwind or wait for traffic to get better. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF CLASSES IN PROGRESS AND USE LIBRARY INSIDE VOICES.

how do I sign up?

First download the MIND BODY app. Search and favorite Sabbath Circle. Look through our class schedule by phone or computer after you register with the app and make an account.

Do you have open pole?

We do! Sabbath Circle holds 75 MIN open pole practice sessions throughout the week :) look on the schedule and sign up!

never poled beforE! help?!

That’s perfectly fine! We have intro courses and privates available for you to ease into your training. We suggest starting with VIRGIN pole.

arrival guidelines?

PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS.
After 5PM the parking lot gate must be locked at all times for security measures. The gate will be open for 15 minutes before your class or session. 2-3 minutes before your class and/or appointment the parking lot gate will be locked again until the end of your class and/or appointment.
IF YOU ARRIVE LESS THAN 5 MIN BEFORE THE CLASS OR SESSION YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A "NO SHOW" FOR THE CLASS OR SESSION AND WILL NOT BE LET IN.

CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations must be made 24 hrs before the start of the class and/or appointment. If you fail to cancel the class and/or appointment one full day prior to the scheduled time it will be marked as a late cancel and your account will be deducted a session or fee. Be aware of your time management and make sure to cancel without penalty!

AM I allowed to selfie video?

Absolutely. At the end of every pole class instructors will give you plenty of time to record your progress. All filming, selfie-video, or recording must be done with your MOBILE PHONE ONLY. This includes all classes, studio rentals, and lessons. No cameras with extended lenses, go-pros, or photo/video capture devices are allowed in the facilities without prior permission. An initial warning shall be given followed by a penalty fee if you keep breaking the rules.
